Refunds and Cancellations policy

If a student does not meet course standards, he/she will be charged the following fees:

• $125 - Makeup sessions (classroom)

• $175 - Makeup sessions (confined or open water sessions)

Guest Cancellations:

Reservations canceled with at least 48-hours notice can be rescheduled or refunded, excluding the eLearning fee . There is no refund for eLearning once the code has been issued.

Reservations canceled with less than 48-hours notice can be rescheduled for the $35 administrative rescheduling fee. Contact us by phone at (808) 927-2714 to reschedule or cancel.

Course Alterations or Cancellations:

Oahu Scuba College reserves the right to alter course details or cancel courses should it be necessary, due to adverse weather, minimum passenger requirements, staffing, or other related conditions. Oahu Scuba College is not responsible for expenses and/or other related costs due to altered course details or canceled course. Guests are responsible for providing Oahu Scuba College with correct contact information, to keep guests informed in the event of changes made to the courses booked.
